RepairBuild is a family orientated construction company located centrally in Gippsland. We specialise in Insurance repair works throughout Gippsland region providing an honest cost effective and reliable service. RepairBuild directors have a combined 80yrs construction experience in both Domestic and Commercial construction having completed a broad range of works from door replacements, fire, flood, water damage and vehicle impact including extensions and renovations through to office fit outs and large factory construction.
We have extensive expertise in the insurance repair industry, NDIS modifications, TAC claims and all areas of residential and light commercial construction. Whatever the project, we treat it as if it were our own home or business.
Our central Morwell base gives us reach from Phillip Island in the west through to Lakes Entrance in the east, and we take on remote and out-of-area work on a case-by-case basis. Wherever the job is, we show up with the same commitment to quality, communication and a clean site.

A proud Gippslander with over 20 years in the insurance repair industry. Rhys completes detailed site inspections, comprehensive causation reports and detailed quotations, manages site supervision and oversees the day-to-day business.
Born and raised in the Latrobe Valley, Adam carries a legacy of 25 years in construction as a third-generation carpenter. He has worked alongside Rhys completing insurance repairs for the past 14 years and now completes detailed causation reports, quotations and site supervision.
Registered for both domestic and commercial work, Rex has 45 years experience across Gippsland and Melbourne and 10 years specifically in insurance repair. Rex is our lead on-site construction supervisor.
Supporting our directors we have four full-time tradespeople and two apprentices, and we're committed to training and growing the next generation of carpenters and builders in the Latrobe Valley.
