This privacy policy explains how RepairBuild (Repair Build Group, ABN 37 252 552 672) handles personal information you share with us through our website at www.repairbuild.com.au.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the message you send us. We also collect the service category you choose and the timestamp of your submission. We do not collect any other personal information through this site.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties. The only people who see it are the RepairBuild team members who follow up your enquiry.
How we store it
Enquiries are sent to our office email and stored alongside the rest of our customer correspondence. We keep enquiries while they remain relevant - generally for the duration of the project or commercial relationship, plus seven years to meet record-keeping requirements. After that they are deleted.
Cookies & analytics
This website doesn't use tracking cookies and we don't run any third-party analytics. The only cookies the site sets are essential ones used for site functionality.
Third-party tools
If you choose to use the embedded map on our Service Area page, that map is loaded from Google Maps. Google will receive the request as part of providing the map - their own privacy policy applies to that data.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email admin@repairbuild.com.au and we'll handle it promptly.
